All items we sell are manufactured by the brand, which is how we ensure authenticity. It is also illegal to sell replicas. Once you received your Swiss Dreams timepiece, the authenticity can be confirmed locally by any reputable watch dealer.

All Swiss Dreams Timepieces come with a certificate of authenticity and warranty card issued from SwissDreams.net.  Depending on the manufacturer, age and ownership history of the watch, there may be Manufacturers warranties available.  Each timepiece has detailed warranty information on the time description.  If a problem should arise with the watch, you must ship it back to us. We will then send it back to the supplier which the item originated from, who will forward it to the service center.

All orders that include a Florida address (in either billing or shipping fields) will be subject to a 7 % sales tax.

All international customers will be liable for any duties, tariffs or VAT that may be assessed for importing a package into your country. Please contact your nation’s customs in order to obtain specific information about what may be assessed. Please note that we cannot declare the package as a gift.

All items that are in stock and are ready for immediate shipping will state ” IN STOCK ” in green at the top right of the page, as well as in the item description. If an item is not in stock, the lead time for that item will be indicated in the item description.

In stock orders are expedited and processed within 24 hours.  They typically ship same day or within one business day. All in stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For items that are not in stock, the item page will indicate an estimated lead time for shipping. Tracking numbers are generated at the time of processing and emailed to you immediately upon processing of the order.
