Return Policy

At Swiss Dreams, our top priority is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have put in place a straightforward policy for domestic purchases. If you receive an item that is in stock and advertised at a certain price, you have the option to either receive a full refund (minus shipping fees) or request a one-time exchange for a similarly priced item (plus shipping fees).

Specifically for our timepieces, we offer a 100% full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You have a timeframe of 7 days to initiate a return. To qualify for the refund, please ensure that the item is returned with all Swiss Dreams tags intact and unaltered. The timepiece should be in its original box, including all paperwork, parts, warranty cards, and accessories to receive full credit. It is important that the item is in the exact condition as when you received it, with no signs of damage, and has not been sized or altered in any way.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of any item that has been used, altered, or sized. In such cases, if a timepiece has been used or altered, it will either be returned to the buyer or refunded at an amount equivalent to its current value, with a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
